In order to utilize HSWV benefits for your FFC member registration and class fees, you must have at least one student who is an approved HSWV recipient for the 2025-2026 school year. That student's HSWV account will be invoiced for the full year member registration and applicable full year class fees owed as soon as the funds have been released into their HSWV account.

Your family will be given provisional FFC member approval status pending receipt of payment from the HSWV.  Payment from HSWV must be received no later than August 20, 2025. If for any reason that payment is denied and/or delayed, then you agree to pay in full the member registration and applicable full year class fees owed immediately unless other arrangements have been made with the FFC Treasurer. If you plan to use HSWV to pay your invoice, please email [email protected] immediately after registering to confirm your payment information.

*HSWV can only be applied to recipient student class fees. Non-HSWV recipient student's class fees in the same family are still owed on the payment schedule of two payments on March 31, 2025 and October 1, 2025.

**We do not issue refunds for any reason at any time. If you are using HSWV to pay for your member registration fee and class fees and you choose to withdraw for any reason, you will NOT be refunded. If you contact HSWV for them to refund you and they contact us to be refunded what they paid us we will hold the funds until you reimburse us out of your own pocket. The amount will be pro-rated based on when the withdrawal occurs during the calendar year.
