Membership & Registration

How do I join the co-op?
Click “Join” above from March - May 2025.

Is there a membership fee?
Yes, there is a $275 membership fee.

Are you a HOPE Scholarship vendor?
Yes! We are a HOPE WV vendor, and families may use HOPE WV funds for membership fees.

Do parents have to volunteer?
Parents are encourage to volunteer as teachers and will be requested to serve in a variety of positions through out the co-op day.  Members of our community are also welcome to teach.

Can I drop my child off, or do parents need to stay?
No, this if not a drop-off program. Parents are required to remain onsite during co-op hours.

Do you have a waitlist?
If a grade is full, we provide a waitlist (under Enrollment) on our website.

Classes & Curriculum

What types of classes do you offer?
Science, Art, History, Music, PE, Electives, Enrichment Activities, and Core Subjects.

What age/grade levels do you accommodate?
Nursery – 12th grade

How are classes structured?
Volunteer-led classes with four class periods.

Events & Activities

Do you have field trips or social events?
Yes! We offer frequent field trips, Mom’s Night Out events, extracurricular activities, and more.

Do you offer sports or extracurricular activities?
We provide a selection of clubs based on interest.

Do you host an end-of-year showcase or graduation?
Yes, every May we host a graduation ceremony for Kindergarten and Senior students.

Do you have a parent support group?
Yes! We have chat rooms, mom areas and outings for moms throughout the year.
